Maturing enhances the quality, sweet taste and plum aroma.

The wine has a robust dark color, ripe berry fruit can be sensed in aroma and taste, with a soft cabernet taste in the background. It takes on softness and elegance with maturing.

Cuvée Paulus
Created from Blaufränkisch and Slovak newly-bred Hron that grow alongside each other in vineyard Ruža in Rača. The wine has a dark red color, soft tannins, lower acids and a hint of plums and black forest berries in the taste.

Cuvée Ruža
We planted the varieties Váh and Rudava in the year 2010 in the vineyard Ruža in Rača. We let them ferment together in the 2:1 ratio, by which we receive a cuvée with dark intense red color, aroma and taste after black berries and softer tannins. Takes on delicacy with maturing.

White Wine
Green Veltliner
Dry high-quality varietal wine from the south slope of vineyard Ruža with all-day sunlight that gives the grape saturated yellow-green color. It has a wide range of aromas from softly-nutmeg, fruity, peachy to the scent of tropical fruit. Fresh taste of mead and bitter almonds characterizes this full wine with a linden flower aroma and nice acids.

Chardonnay
Chardonnay is a light, round, dry wine with fruity tones. A new variety for the time. Chardonnay came to the vineyards of Rača in the year 1999 when the agricultural collective planted 14.000 plants in the vineyard Krátke. The wine has a full yellow-green colour and an intense flowery aroma.
